Big open shapes leave plenty of room for little hands. Here are six pages partly colored.
What's on every page
Under each picture is the verse itself, with a "Read it" line pointing to the full passage. Coloring time turns into Bible time without anybody having to plan it.
Each book has its own, tucked somewhere in every drawing, so there is always one more thing to find.
In Books Two through Seven, a box on every page asks your child to count something in the drawing: five little fish, twelve baskets, seven angels. Counting practice that feels like a game.
Drawn for a four-year-old's grip, not a grown-up's. Crayons and colored pencils are perfect.
Front and back of every book
Every book opens with a page for your child's name and closes with a certificate they earn.
Their name, and their favorite story number.
Try the crayons before starting a picture.
Every story listed, with a box to color as they finish.
An empty frame for their favorite story, drawn their way.
Earned by finishing the book. Name and date on the line.
All eight books drawn as line art, to color in as they get them.
No email, no catch
The color test page, then one page from seven of the books: the rainbow, the storm on the lake, Samson and the city gates, David and Goliath, the Red Sea, Lazarus, and a sky full of angels. Exactly as they appear in print.

About us
When our son was born, his dad started thinking about all the Bible stories he couldn't wait to share with him: Noah's ark, David and Goliath, and the boy whose five loaves and two fish fed a crowd. He wanted books that would put God's Word into little hands, one page at a time, so he started drawing them. Our name comes from that boy's lunch. A few small loaves did big things, and a box of crayons and one verse can too.
Sneak peeks, Count it! puzzles for your kids, and new books first.
Before you buy
Four to eight is the sweet spot. Three-year-olds can color the big shapes with help. Nine and up usually want finer detail than these have.

No. Each book stands on its own. The stories inside each book run in Bible order, so a child starts to feel the shape of the whole story.
Yes. The "Read it" line on each page makes a lesson out of a picture, and the checklist in the back tracks a whole term.
